Marine Engineering
Specialized teams for maintenance, repair and overhaul of 2-stroke and 4-stroke marine engines, propulsion systems and onboard auxiliary equipment. We operate alongside, in dry dock or during voyage, with rapid mobilization to European ports.
We cover main and auxiliary engines from leading OEMs — MAN B&W, Wärtsilä, Caterpillar, MTU — with full disassembly and reassembly, inspection of components (liners, pistons, valves, connecting rods), reconditioning and load testing. Operations are planned to minimize vessel downtime and ensure continuity of commercial operations.
Welding, Piping & Structures
Industrial welding (TIG, MIG/MAG, stick electrode), piping and fabrication of steel structures for the marine, wind and industrial sectors. Qualified welding team, with the ability to mobilize professionals certified to ASME, AWS and EN ISO 9606 standards according to project requirements.
We deliver fabrication and assembly of structures in shipyards or on-site, repair interventions on pressure equipment, process piping, supports and platforms. We ensure full traceability of consumables, welding documentation packs and inspection reports for every project, with non-destructive testing (NDT) performed in-house or through partners, depending on the contract.
High-Pressure Hydraulic Systems
Design, fabrication and maintenance of high-pressure hydraulic piping and systems for marine and industrial applications — including steering gear, hatch covers, deck machinery, winches, cranes and power lines in machinery rooms. We operate at service pressures up to 700 bar, in AISI 316L stainless steel and special alloys suited to marine environments.
We work with fittings to DIN 2353, JIC, ORFS standards and SAE flanges, certified hoses to EN 853/856 and traceable materials. Every intervention includes pressure testing, controlled flushing (ISO 4406/NAS 1638) and a technical report aligned with classification society requirements (DNV, ABS, Lloyd’s Register).
Renewable Energy
Assembly, inspection, maintenance and repair of onshore and offshore wind turbines. Our technicians are trained in all GWO modules — Basic Safety Training (Working at Heights, First Aid, Manual Handling, Fire Awareness, Sea Survival), Advanced Rescue Training and Blade Repair Technician — for inspection and intervention on rotor blades.
We deliver preventive and corrective maintenance up-tower and down-tower, in both onshore wind farms and offshore sites, with coverage across the main turbine platforms in the market (Vestas, Siemens Gamesa, Nordex, GE). Each intervention follows a documented job plan with risk analysis, daily toolbox talks and technical reports, aligned with operator and OEM requirements.
